Start your adventure with a scenic drive from Fes, passing through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Stop in Ifrane, often referred to as the “Switzerland of Morocco,” before continuing to Azrou’s Cedar Forest to see the wild Barbary macaques.
Travel further through Midelt and the Ziz Valley, famous for its lush palm groves, before reaching Merzouga in the Sahara Desert by the afternoon. From there, ride a camel into the dunes of Erg Chebbi for a desert sunset. Spend the night in a luxury desert camp, enjoying traditional Berber music and a starry desert sky.

Wake up early to witness the sunrise over the dunes, then enjoy breakfast at the camp. Head towards Rissani, one of Morocco’s oldest souks, before continuing to the impressive Todra Gorge, where towering cliffs create a dramatic canyon.
Afterward, drive to the Dades Valley, known for its unique rock formations and “Monkey Fingers” rock shapes. Stop for a photo op and then relax at a traditional guesthouse in the Dades Valley, where you’ll enjoy a delicious Moroccan dinner.

After breakfast, drive through the stunning Dades Valley, passing through Berber villages and scenic landscapes. Continue towards the Zagora Desert, passing the Draa Valley, known for its beautiful date palms and ancient kasbahs.
Arrive in Zagora, where you’ll ride camels into the desert for another sunset trek. Spend the night at a traditional desert camp under the stars, where you’ll enjoy a Berber dinner and music around the campfire.

Enjoy a sunrise camel trek in the Zagora Desert, then travel toward Ouarzazate, the “Hollywood of Morocco.” Visit the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site featured in many films, including Gladiator and Game of Thrones.
Take time to explore the ancient mud-brick ksar and its labyrinth of streets before heading to your riad for an evening of relaxation and traditional Moroccan cuisine.
